Qare entrusts its media relations strategy to Thomas Marko & Associés

Thomas Marko & Associés won the competition to assist Qare, the French leader in medical teleconsultation, with its media relations strategy. The agency's mission will be to reinforce Qare's positioning as a major healthcare player among its various stakeholders - patients, healthcare professionals and public authorities. In particular, it will promote the brand's news, its commitments in terms of accessibility to care and innovation, as well as its initiatives dedicated to mental health and women's health.

Qare: France's leading teleconsultation platform

Approved by the French Ministry of Health and Access to Care, Qare has established itself since 2017 as the benchmark player in teleconsultation in France. The platform accompanies a growing number of French people in their healthcare journey, with over 7 million teleconsultations carried out since its creation. Its network of 2,000 doctors, present throughout the country, now makes it possible to respond to nearly 200,000 teleconsultation requests every month.

Accessible 7 days a week from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., via mobile application or computer, Qare guarantees professional, supervised teleconsultation. The company plays a leading role in structuring the sector, notably as a founding member of LET (Les Entreprises de Télémédecine) and initiator of the MentalTech collective, two major organizations working for the development of ethical and innovative telemedicine.

Since 2021, Qare has been part of the European e-health group HealthHero.
